Starting in the late 80s with poetic assaults of noise and propaganda, Tempest Wilde has always maintained a sense of occultural sonic expression. In 1988, Santa Barbara, California he formed BHI a group of neurological sonic manipulators, who performed and were kicked out of many of poetry jams by affront efforts to push the local artist pop-culture. Along with guerrilla style shows in impromptu style by taking control of parks and cafes for short sonic assaults. In 1990 he took his path north to Ashland, Oregon reforming BHI with a new vision. As this troop fell apart, he formed a new project going back to old roots of noise and poetic propaganda forming Daath Kulture with guitarist David B.
